Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders once confirmed and paid cannot be cancelled, as products are procured and prepared specifically against confirmed orders.

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

• Wrong product supplied
• Severely damaged goods during transit

Any refund request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
